As a personal trainer, I want to be able to show my clients that the mind has the power to transform the body, whether to achieve optimal health, or work towards a short-term goal. To be my best both professionally and personally, I myself need to train with a coach who understands my vision and knows how to get me there.

I met Andrew in mid July during a fitness internship and after learning from the same mentor the discipline of training we both share, it was a natural choice to train with him. Andrew helped me transform my physique, he has also given me the confidence to go to a place in my training I have not been before.

Andrew knows how to push me to my physical limits, but he never compromises my health. He has helped me achieve physical strength beyond my imagination—my technique and range of movement has improved so much that it makes me want to keep setting higher goals without any fear!

The recent goal I achieved with his guidance is testament to that. I set out to prepare for a photo shoot. From the start I knew I was in good hands; Andrew’s expertise and knowledge of training, nutrition and supplementation helped me achieve the best shape of my life, but it is his commitment to my health and wellbeing first that matters most. To have a coach check in about how you’re feeling mentally as well as physically shows that he cares beyond the end result.

Despite the heavy training load during my photo shoot preparation, I looked and felt healthy throughout—something my family and friends also commented during my transformation. I attribute this to Andrew’s attention to my nutrition that involved eating wholefoods.

The reward of the experience is seeing the end result. I’m proud of what I achieved and am grateful to train with a coach who has set a similar goal and wants the best for you; it made the experience worthwhile.

I am currently working to increase my upper-body strength and perform unassisted chin-ups to help me with my new hobby of aerial circus classes. Having Andrew put me through an upper-body strength phase means I am on my way to achieving my dream of learning trapeze.

I started training with Andy in July, prior to that I had been training solo on and off for a number of years. With my working life being in the hospitality industry I found it very hard to maintain a consistent routine, both in the gym and nutrition. It was in these inconsistencies that I knew I needed to change if I was going to have any hope in seeing results. When I started training with Andy it was complete shell shock, the level of determination and precession he asked of you was nothing I had ever asked of myself before.

Honestly I didn’t think I had it in me, but that’s what Andy does. He brings out what we can’t see in ourselves and makes us believe we can be better, be stronger, go that extra set, rep. A constant smile on his face at all times, Andy pushes you past your limits and into another realm of training. It was half way through my training that I started to feel a huge shift in my life. Andy had me on a daily food plain and with the nutrition guide he had I felt a huge spike in energy levels, constantly drinking water and keeping up hydration, gaining size and shedding fat, I was feeling amazing and couldn’t help but smile all the time myself. In the gym is where Andy shines, you can see the passion he has for people. He wants to see you excel and reach your goals, its honestly this drive in him that gets you over the line. With a strict focus on technique and an arsenal of workouts to pick from, once you stepped in the gym with him not one second is wasted. I started to see real change, real fast and became hooked on reaching my goal. This was something I had never been able to do before and by the end of my time with Andy I had reached results both physically and mentally beyond what I had set out to do. A real shift in life that gave me confidence to always back myself and know you can always push yourself further than you think.

I recommend any one take a month or two out of their life and train with Andy, you will gain years back as a result.

I couldn’t be more thrilled to share my incredible journey with Andrew, who has been instrumental in helping me lose a staggering 13.4 kilograms in 15 weeks. When I first started, I felt lost and overwhelmed, but Andrew’s unwavering support, expertise, and motivation transformed my life in ways I never thought possible.
