My journey began with a career in Australian Rules Football, where I developed the discipline, leadership, and relentless work ethic that still guide me today. Alongside playing, I pursued my passion for fitness by becoming a personal trainer and earning a Bachelor of Exercise Science & Human Movement. I furthered my studies abroad at the University of Indiana, then gained more hands-on experience training clients in London.
While in the UK, I completed PICP and BioSignature certifications, which sparked a deep, lasting interest in strength training, nutrition, and body composition. Applying what I learned, I achieved a sustainable, photo-ready physique—without sacrificing lifestyle or health. That transformation drove me to return home to Australia more motivated than ever to help others do the same.
Now, with over 20 years in the health and fitness industry—and 15 years running my own business—my mission is simple: to educate and empower. Whether I’m coaching athletes or complete beginners, I use evidence-based methods that deliver results.
All I ask is that you show up fully—honest, committed, and ready to give your best. Because helping someone transform—both physically and mentally—is the most rewarding part of what I do.

The entire program is delivered online, giving you the flexibility to train wherever works best for you—whether that’s at home or in your local gym. While training in a gym is the preferred method for optimal results, all you really need is a set of dumbbells with a suitable weight range and a bench to get started.
Within your personal profile on the coaching app, you’ll have access to video demonstrations for every exercise, detailed nutritional information, and your personalised macro targets—all in one convenient platform. You’ll also be able to message me directly through the app for ongoing support and guidance.
Yes, you'll have direct access to Andrew through the private coaching app, zoom sessions, and—if you prefer—there’s the option to message him directly via his personal WhatsApp number for quicker communication through text or voice notes.
The program lasts as long as needed to get you from where you are now to where you truly want to be. That said, generally anywhere from 16-26 weeks—because real, lasting transformation doesn’t happen overnight.
